- Why should I choose American Eagle Security?
We are experienced and local. With more than 16 years of servicing people in the Upstate, it makes communication and service convenient and easier for our customers and keeps costs down.
- Are your systems difficult to use?
No. Our security systems have single button arming. Our surround sound and computer networking systems are as easy as turning on your television, stereo or computer.

Are your systems expensive?
We aren’t the cheapest or the most expensive. Our systems come in all price ranges based on the complexity of the system. We provide our customers with detailed Letters of Estimate prior to any work being done so you know exactly what you are paying for.
- Are there any “hidden” or “extra” fees?
No. We do not charge for services such as documentation, invoices, or handling. All costs are shown and explained to our customers prior to any work being done.
- Do you only sell monitored systems?
We do not lock you into unrealistic contract terms. Did you know that some companies will only allow you to cancel your contract 30 days prior to expiration even if the original contract has already expired.
- How do I know what I need?
We provide you with a free consultation and a free site visit prior to installation. We sit down with all of our potential customers to assess what is needed and what system provides the best solutions for those needs.
- Do your systems come with a warranty or guarantee?
We give a 1 year warranty on labor for the systems we install. Your equipment warranty varies depending on the manufacturer.
- What if something happens to my system after it is installed?
It is another advantage of being local. One of our trained staff members will come to your home to fix and service your system. There is no travel/visitation cost for us to service your system if it is under warranty.
- What are your service fees?
We have competitive rates. Call the office for detailed rates.
- How long does it take to install a system?
Most new construction is done in 2 phases. The pre-wire phase is usually one day. The rough-in phase is usually one day also.
Most existing homes are completed in 1 or 2 days.
